I have seen so many ups and downs in life throughout my career in Banking and in job life it’s Pyramid structure and you are never sure who will rise to the top but one thing for sure not being at Top is also a journey of success if one loves what he or she does and should always have a compassionate attitude towards the fellow countryman and mostly the less privileged.

Success with Compassion would always add a feather to the Hat of anybody’s personality as one day we all have to realise that it’s n world of illusions and the more we gather happiness in our life journey the more better life becomes.
