Tips……2 a HEALTHY LIVING
A few TIPS….I am sure we all know these healthy tips….just a gentle reminder only.
1*.Detoxify your speech & try to reduce the use of harsh words. Just be polite.
2*. Read everyday. Doesn’t matter what and just read whatever interests you.
3*.Observe people around you. Imbibe their virtues and virtues only.
4*.Feed the stray animals. Yes, it feels good to feed the hungry.
5*.No ego. No ego. No ego. Just learn, learn and learn.
6*.Whatever you do, do it with full involvement. That’s meditation.
7*.Keep distance from people who give you negative vibes but never hold on grudges.
8*.Stop comparing yourself with others. If you won’t stop, you will never know your own potential.
9*.The biggest failure in life is the failure to try”. Always remember this.
10*.NEVER complain.”I cried as I had no shoes until I saw a man who had no feet”.
11*. Plan your day. It will take a few minutes but will save your days.
12*. Everyday, for a few minutes, sit in silence. I mean sit with yourself. Just yourself. Magic will happen & be sure of it.
13*. Spend some time with nature everyday.
14*. Life is short. Life is simple. Do not complicate it. Don’t forget to smile..
