The Biggest ever enemy of any human being is nothing but “क्रोध”you can say the state of being in ANGER.

It not only shrinks our SOUL but a lot of mistakes we all do in the state of ANGER not knowing the consequences there after.

Practising a “no-to-anger”is not an easy task but I am sure it can be done with little commitment to self.

The moment anger comes out of any situation let’s not try to get it nourished but let it go away like any other thought process.

Keeping aloof from the people who ignite us can never be a solution but rather to refrain self from being aroused to the state of anger would be rather the right thing to practise.

A little Yoga With Meditation can help a lot in being away from ANGER .

    Yes u r right. U can’t stop meeting people who make u angry and the only thing that you are capable of, is not to react. Though it’s very difficult but not impossible 😊
