That was 14th of April 2k17 and we started our journey from Siliguri the base town in Darjeeling district (WB) to “Kushyem”a small hamlet in “Kalingpong”in West Bengal.

The beautiful “Silk Route”on the way to Nathang Valley and it’s always every photographer’s dream shot.
The famous “Baba Mandir”in the loving memory of “Baba Harbhajan Singh the great Indian Army man” & as per the legend the soldier of Indian Army who is not traced so far physically guards The Indo-Tibet boarder.
“Elephant lake” in “Kupup Valley” at a height of 14000ft & I still remember the chill wind while getting down from the jeep 🚙 to click a shot or two!
The Place of Prayer on the way to “Nathang Valley” where every tourist step down to pray for a while and from this point the view of “Silk Route” is the Best.

Entire Sikkim is so scenic with hills in momentum with nature in the entire road trip till we reached Dzuluk.

One can book such trips with many combinations of places to stay through local travel & tours at Siliguri and all these informations are available these days on internet. Reaching Siliguri from any parts of India is easy through rail road or by air(Bagdogra Airport).
