~The Royal Stag~

SPOTTED DEER

They are just plentily available in a quite near by vicinity when we enter in to “Betla National park”.Instead of living in deep forests, where they have a constant fear of Tiger attacks,

They rather prefer to live and graze in periphery areas .

They are very healthy in their looks and thet graze on the green grasses around guest house.

Betla is about 170 km from Ranchi, the state capital of Jharkhand in India.

One can easily reach Ranchi by Rail or Air from any parts of India.

There is one Forest department Guest house and apart from it there are 2 tree houses too inside Betla National Park. When one stays there these spotted deers are so common to around morning and evening time.hey just come close to Guest house while grazing grasses.

A lot of private hotels are there with latest facilities just near by as well.

At just a distance of 40 km from Betla, there is a nice forest guest house at Maromar with best accomodation along with two Tree House cottages and nice lawns where almost every night Wild elephants are sighted.

Altogether “Betla National Park” is a nice Forest destination for the Nature Lovers as well as photographers too.
